Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If a user cancels a reservation within 7 days from making the booking, a full refund may be provided.
  • If the cancellation occurs after 7 days, user need to pay 15% charge for late cancelation in this situation a partial refund or full refund at all may be offered.
  • If user books a property with full payment and user does not present at the booked property within 7 days, then user’s booking will automatically cancel and with the late cancellation charge 15%, then the refund will be proceed.
  • For booking purpose security deposit is also required, as per the refund policy security deposit will be refunded.
  • Security deposits are refunded after a property inspection to ensure no damage or rule violations occurred during the stay.
  • Service fees charged by the website may or may not be refundable.
  • Users may be eligible for a refund or credit if their reservation is impacted by such events.
  • Expected time for processing refunds is 7-14 days from application date of refund.
  • Users should be provided with contact information or a support channel for refundrelated inquiries.
  • The roarhomz.com may reserve the right to modify the refund policy, and any changes should be communicated to users.
  • This Policy and any dispute or matter arising from incidental use of roarhomz.com is governed by the laws of India and the User and roarhomz.com hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of at Agra.
