This policy will be applicable “Users” and “Real Estate Professionals”.

Users:-Who have created account with us for uses ROAR HOMZ Services.

Real Estate Professional: - Who have created account with ROAR HOMZ to rent real estate, avail our advertising services and other services.

ROAR HOMZ will provide home stay services for residential purpose to Indian citizens only.

This documents is an electronic records in terms of information technology Act, 2000 and rules their under as applicable.

User can avail our services by using our website and mobile application by signify agreement to these terms and conditions and privacy policy of our company.

ROAR HOMZ provides property listings for rental properties. All information provided on the website is believed to be accurate but cannot be guaranteed.

ROAR HOMZ recommends that real estate professionals obtain appropriate insurance coverage for rental properties.

ROAR HOMZ is not responsible for creating, enforcing, or executing rental agreements between property owners.

ROAR HOMZ will collect information from Users:-

• Name of all members who will desire to stay in home.
• Adhar number of all members who will desire to stay in home.
• Total numbers of members who will desire to stay in home and bifurcation of members that how much are minors and adults.

ROAR HOMZ will collect information from Real Estate professionals:-

• Legal Owner Name of Property.
• Name of Company and legal documents of company.
• Address of property and address of Company.
• Mobile Number and email Address.
• Valid Bank accounts details.

In case of data submitted by you for availing the service is found incorrect, misleading than it will be treated as termination of our services.

Users and Real Estate Professionals are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and accuracy of your password, email address, and other information at all times.

User must pay one month rent in advance at the time of booking. However booking can be done via paying ten percentage of one month rent and balance amount must be paid on or before entry time.

ROARHOMZ.COM allows to users the option to pay their rent using its website. The User is responsible for any non-compliance or payment defaults in their transactions and must follow all applicable regulation.

ROARHOMZ will pay amount which is payable to real estate professionals within 3-7 days.

At the time of the transaction, you would be responsible for entering the Beneficiary's correct bank account information. Under no circumstances would ROARHOMZ.COM be liable for any improper credit as a result of erroneous bank information.

Real Estate Professionals will decide the entry and exit time as per own terms.

Real Estate Professionals are responsible for making any necessary repairs or maintenance to the property before renting.

Tenets are responsible for any damage or loss to the property caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period.

Users as well as real estate professionals can file the complaints to the team on email or via website. Any complaints received by us will resolve as soon as possible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any instant accidental, coincidental damages, including but not limited to information or other irrecoverable losses, loss of benefits arising from the App, its administrations, or this Agreement are not the responsibility of ROARHOMZ or its providers.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties shall make all commercially reasonable efforts to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement or any ROARHOMZ, including any issue relating to the existence, legality, or termination of this Agreement or the T&Cs.

JURISDICTION

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against us must be settled by a court with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India, subject to the Dispute Resolution section above. In order to resolve any such claims or disputes, you consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts situated in Uttar Pradesh, India. Indian law shall govern this Agreement. This clause will remain in effect even after this Agreement expires.

SEVERABILITY

A adjustment to reflect purpose or clarify the administration terms that is considered any nullified segment shall be made prior to any condition being judged invalid and void. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid by a court, the other parts hereof shall remain in full force and effect. We strongly advise all users to follow these guidelines.

NOTE:

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs from time to time, with or without notice of the same. Hence, you are requested to keep yourself updated for any change in T&Cs.
